Day Six: steamed greens with quinoa
Day seven: energy bars

For each of the seven days you should always feel a mood journal entry, as in the hours between breakfast and lunch. Notice how your body through the various decisions you make will be affected. And see if it might even affect the choices for lunch and dinner. At the end of the experiment you may find yourself eating a very different kind of breakfast - one that puts you on a better course for the rest of the day.
